The chakras are points responsible for the body’s energy flow. Through them, you can balance each aspect of the human being: emotional, sexual and physical. Distributed along the spine, among the main chakras, stand out mooladhara, swadhisthana, manipura, anahata, vishuddha, ajna and sahasrara.

The whole chakras balance is essential to strengthen and assist every human being inner process of growth. One of the ways used to this balance, in addition to the activation of these points is yoga and meditation. However, it is essential to be “pure” to reach each aim.

Since activation occurs gradually and individually, it is advisable, when starting the postures and mantras, to focus on each point that aims to awaken.
