TERMS, CONDITIONS OF USE AND THE PORTAL PRIVACY POLICY

I – INTRODUCTION

Please read carefully the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) set forth below so you shall use the services on the websites: www.namucursos.com, www.namucourses.com, www.namucourses.com.br and/or www.cursos.namu.com.br and/or all the related websites (collectively the “Website”), owned and managed by the company AULIS EDITORAÇÃO, COMUNICAÇÃO E PRODUÇÃO AUDIOVISUAL, CNPJ n. 15,822,242/0001-38 (referred to as “Portal Namu Cursos“, “Portal” or “Website”). Remember that when accessing it through www.namucursos.com.br and/or www.namucourses.com addresses and/or its variations, you are stating, unequivocally and unreservedly, to be aware of this Website Terms of Use, and agree to all its terms and conditions, and the access shall be done by the following ways: (i) through the Portal Services access by eventual or continuous use, expressing that the indicative occurrences visit/access to the Course, that you are aware of all the terms, accepting them; (ii) by clicking the computer mouse, tablet, smartphone, SmartTV and/or other mobile devices available accepting or agreeing with the respective terms, when this option is available and enabled by Portal Namu Cursos, according to the service form availability. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms of Use, you must refrain from accessing, using or visiting Portal Namu Cursos or to make use of any content produced and/or made available by Portal Namu Cursos. The use of this Website implies the immediate acceptance of these Terms of Use.

For all legal purposes, the Terms of Use are rules to be observed by all Users of this Website (as defined below).

The valid and effective version of these Terms of Use is the one currently published by the Website, including any terms and/or additional provisions to be later published by Portal Namu Cursos. This version governs and regulates all past and present relationships between the Users of the Website, where acquired rights, perfect juridical acts and judged things are respected. The User shall always read carefully these and shall not excuse himself/herself claiming provision ignorance, including eventual modifications.

Portal Namu Cursos shall reserve the right to modify, delete and/or expand freely and at any time, without notice these Terms of Use. Therefore, Portal Namu Cursos shall inform and communicate the User about the changes, who will automatically accept the new Terms of Use in order to continue accessing, using or visiting the Portal.

SERVICES

II.1 This Website was developed and is available for the User duly registered, for the purposes of accessing the digital “online” courses video-lessons format covering various content, but not limited to gastronomy, culture, sporting practices, art craftwork and therapies, among various other matters (“Courses“). The Courses are offered in online and distance form, aiming to empower people to develop various skills through education and information dissemination, content of different themes, providing access to knowledge and quality education.

II.2. All courses offered by Portal Namu Cursos are available to Users within the limits defined below, and all the rules relating to other items of these Terms of Use shall be applied to the Courses.

II.3. Portal Namu Cursos will provide and offer, from time to time, Courses in a specific area of knowledge or a particular material, field, subject, such as, but not limited to yoga, gastronomy, Pilates, among others, and shall provide and reduce the Courses offer freely.

II.4. In general, the Courses access and fruition, services and/or any content available on the Website will be conditioned to a prior registration and corresponding financial compensation by the Users. However, access to some Courses, contents, excerpts or parts of Courses shall be freely accessible and free of charge, as determined by the Portal. Thus, the User declares himself/herself aware that the Portal reserves the right to offer free of charge Courses through registration and acceptance of these Terms of Use, with access for a limited time, hours, days, weeks. Portal Namu Cursos shall block any and all free of charge-limited access Course after the announced covered period on the Website, at their sole discretion

II.4.1. Portal Namu Cursos therefore shall offer various forms and species of free classes in one or more Courses and the User shall have a trial opportunity. The Portal shall provide a Course or part of it for the purpose of free access by the User for a certain period, during which the User shall use only certain features of it, at the Portal‘s discretion. The User declares to be aware that Portal Namu Cursos shall determine what are the restriction access features of each Course in which an eventual offering access shall be given within a certain period of free classes

II.4.2. Portal Namu Cursos shall offer, from time to time, specific forms of sales Course(s) to Users such as, but not limited to, gift cards purchases to give to third parties, coupons, discount vouchers, course packages promotional prices, progressive discounts and/or other forms of promotion that Portal Namu Cursos shall believe relevant. Any promotional activity and discount offered by the Portal will have the conditions described in each specific field of the promotional page campaign or Course on sale at the Portal (“Specific Rules“) and the User shall observe the specific rules of each of them. The Portal reserves the right to terminate, reduce, increase, delete, cancel any form of free promotional campaign that has not generated employment bond and/or User or third party adhesion on any Course, not doing justice the User to any right or claim in this regard.

II.5. Additionally the Courses to be available on the Website, Portal Namu Cursos shall also offer other services and/or areas of access to Users as exemplified below:

(i) “Advertise your business here”: Formats and values offered by Portal Namu Courses to third party for recruiting advertising ads and/or promotion in general are purely indicative and shall undergo price changes and/or payment terms at any time, reason that the effectiveness of each ad will only occur after specific contract concluded between the third party and Portal Namu Courses.

(ii) “Work with us”: The act of fulfilling and/or to submit general forms provided by Portal Namu Cursos to interested third party working in Portal Namu Cursos shall not imply under any circumstances, the commitment for compulsory recruitment of such third party, given that the information submitted will be employed only for the purpose of screening and, in case Portal Namu Cursos have interest, it will be used for the candidate evaluation purposes in a possible job opportunity.

(iii) “Newsletter”: The e-mail Register for the newsletter available and offered by the Website does not require Portal Namu Cursos to forward emails frequently with fixed and/or predetermined frequency. The User at the time of e-mail registration authorizes and consents to receive information through the Portal e-mail according to the periodicity to be defined solely by Portal Namu Cursos. The User certifies that the information in the register to receive the newsletter are true and he/she is in full accordance with the rules set forth herein.

II.6. Portal Namu Cursos and/or the Course administrators/experts/tutors (“Administrators”) reserve the right to suspend, interrupt and/or reschedule any and all Course and shall modify the content, encompassing, but not limited to the User signature validity, eventual application test or any progress evaluation, institutional performance, among any others for any purpose.

II.7. Portal Namu Cursos shall eventually and by a motivated manner, withdraw, cancel and/or block the User’s access to any Course offered by the Website, having the Portal, in case of Course withdrawal or cancellation, for good reason, to notify the registered User in the Course in five (5) days before the date for the withdrawal, suspension and/or interruption of any Website Course, giving the User the opportunity to consult the material prior to the effective Course cancellation, offering to him/her, in case he/she has not incurred in any violation or given reason to the registration discontinuance according to this Terms of Use, the replacement to another Course(s). Should the User not accept the replacement for other Course(s), Portal Namu Cursos reserves the right to return any credits to the User regarding the Course eventually canceled, limited to the purchase amount without adjustment or interest.

II.8. The Courses provided by Portal Namu Cursos are all set in fully enclosed code, without a reproduction possibility, with individual access and fully transferable per User. The User under any circumstances shall not share his/her own password with others, which is a personal and non-transferable password. The Portal for the offered courses shall also have requirements and/or specific prerequisites so that the User shall or shall not register and carry out a specific course offered by the Website (“Specific Rules”). It is strictly prohibited to hold more than one register per User on the Website, as well as the assumption of the same without authorization, the identity of another User. In both cases, the Website can block the access to both offender User entries without notice, and incur other judicial measures or legal action.

II.9. Portal Namu Cursos shall reserve the right to create, alter, modify, restrict, increase, in short, shall practice any kind of change regarding any forms of plans, prices, number of classes, among others related to the Course(s) offered and performed by the Portal, including free promotional offers, at their sole discretion, with the exception of those already contracted by the User, which shall be changed without prior notice to the User. In the event of Portal Namu Cursos modifies or fail to provide, for the duration of the contract, any User contracted Course; the Portal shall adopt the following measures:

to notify the User about the change and provide other forms of plans or services that the User shall join, as compensation; or

to notify the User and in case he/she does not accept the change, the Portal shall then (i) reimburse the User in due proportion of the benefited services, or (ii) if no service has been actually chosen, the Portal shall then provide full reimbursement of any amount paid, limited to the purchase amount without adjustment or interest.

II.9.1. To change the purpose of the plans, price offers and any and all-promotional and/or discount it will not fit the User any kind of compensation in case Portal Namu Cursos changes the Course(s) value (s) after effective procurement by the User and thus he/she shall observe the Specific Rules of each Course effectively purchased.

II.9.2. Portal Namu Cursos shall also change and freely edit each and every Course ever released and offered by the Portal, for correcting any errors or omissions, not being due any kind of compensation to the User.

II.10. ANY AND ALL PRICES AND/OR COURSES CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND PRESENTED SERVICES PROVIDED ON PORTAL NAMU CURSOS ARE EXCLUSIVELY OFFERED PRODUCTS IN THIS WEBSITE AND IN THE EXCLUSIVELY PORTAL NAMU CURSOS SHOPPING AND SALE CHANNEL. THEY SHALL NOT NECESSARILY MATCH THE PRACTICED AMOUNTS IN ANY OTHER DIGITAL AND/OR PHYSICAL COMPANIES, AS WELL AS SERVICES AND PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTY OR SOLD IN OTHER PHYSICAL COURSE LOCATION OR GYM, FITNESS CENTERS AND/OR OTHER EQUIVALENT. THE SERVICES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO PORTAL NAMU CURSOS OFFER AVAILABILITY AND SHALL HAVE VALIDITY ONLY FOR THE DATES SET FORTH AT THE PORTAL.

II.11. PORTAL NAMU CURSOS WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS:

II.12. AS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PAGSEGURO AND THE PAGAR.ME ARE THIRD PARTY AVAILABLE SERVICES, PORTAL NAMU CURSOS SHALL NOT GUARANTEE IN ANY FORM, AN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE PROVISION, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INABILITY TO PERFORM ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS OR OPERATIONS DURING THE UNAVAILABILITY SERVICE PERIODS.

II.13. The validity of each Course duly signed will be a maximum of three (3) year term, in which the Course will have a fully expired validity and the User will no longer have access to the Course. Portal Namu Cursos shall change the expiration Course date, at which the Portal shall inform the time changed in the Course Specific Rules(s) when offering any Course to the User.

II.14. The Access to Portal Namu Cursos and/or contracted Course(s) shall be carried out by a maximum of 3 (three) devices or multiple IPs. However, the User shall only attend classes and/or video Course(s) in one device at a time. If the User watch the same video simultaneously on more than one device, Portal Namu Cursos shall cancel the User’s account and suspend immediately the access to the referred contracted Course.

II.15. Portal Namu Cursos reserves the right to change, modify, terminate, create as well as to provide other forms of e-commerce, digital payment and online existing transactions that best suits the Portal, at their sole discretion, given that the User shall adhere to and comply with the rules and conditions of the services provided by these third party, exempting Portal Namu Cursos of any responsibility towards such providers, as they are third party services provider, without any Portal Namu Cursos interference.

II.16. THE DEADLINE TO CARRY OUT A POSSIBLE COURSE CANCELLATION ALREADY CONTRACTED IS THE MAXIMUM OF 7 (SEVEN) DAYS COUNTED FROM THE PURCHASING DATE. IN CASE THE USER DOES NOT PROVIDE THE COURSE CANCELLATION REQUEST AT THE INDICATED DEADLINE, PORTAL NAMU CURSOS WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO PROCEED THE CHANGE AND/OR TO RETURN ANY AMOUNT TO THE USER, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF DISSATISFACTION, UNLESS THE EXCEPTIONS AND CASES PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OF USE.

III. REGISTRATION OF USERS

III.1. The User registration to access the Website shall be made solely by the interested person and mandatory for all those who wish to acquire and attend any of the Courses made available in Portal Namu Cursos. For registration purposes, the User must complete the registration form data, providing true and accurate information, and to be responsible civil and criminally for their accuracy, he/she shall update the data and information whenever there will be changes. At the time of registration, the User must accept the terms and rules of this Terms of Use, expressly declaring that he/she has the knowledge of these previous contents. The User shall also:

(i) be over 18 years old and be in full exercise of his/her mental abilities, and shall be fully responsible for the registration and for his/her actions;

(ii) provide full name, sex, date of birth, marital status, e-mail address and set an access password;

(iii) accept that he/she had read and shall acknowledge to be in full agreement with all terms and conditions contained herein and/or indicated by the Website; and

(iv) recognize the validity of his/her electronics will manifestation.

III.1.1. At registration on the Website, the User shall have the maximum attention in filling out his/her data, being understood, since then, that Portal Namu Cursos will not be responsible for errors in the User registration, for example, double registration, wrong data information, among others.

III.1.2. It is absolutely prohibited to hold more than one registration per User on the Website as well as the assumption by a User, without authorization, the identity of another User. In both cases, Portal Namu Cursos shall block the offending User access without notice, in accordance with the provisions set out in items II.7, III.5, VIII, and VIII.4 of these Terms of Use.

III.1.3. The User is the only responsible for all activities that occur with the use of his/her registration and login, he/she shall store his/her access password in a safe place. The User shall notify Portal Namu Cursos immediately by e-mail, of any security infringement or unauthorized use of his/her registration, subject to responsibility of the activities performed through his/her account.

III.1.4. Although Portal Namu Cursos will not be responsible for any loss caused to the User by unauthorized use of his/her registration, the User shall be responsible for Portal Namu Cursos losses or others due to such unauthorized use.

III.2. The User shall inform Portal Namu Cursos in his/her own registration and/or by e-mail, when appropriate, of any additional changes to the information provided at the time of his/her registration.

III.3. The registration of each User is an integral part of these Terms of Use and will be used by the Website to identify the User, for all purposes and effects of law.

III.4. After registration and creation of his/her login, providing the access password and accepting these Terms of Use, the User shall be able to participate in the services offered on the Website, as provided in this Terms of Use. Therefore, depending on the chosen service, to use the restricted areas, the User will have to make the payment duly appointed for each case.

III.5. In case of the User’s infringement confirmation to this Website Terms of Use, at Portal Namu Cursos sole discretion, the User’s registration will be blocked and suspended and the immediate User restriction to the Website Courses and services, without prior notification.

III.6. In case any of the registered Users do not agree to the present Terms of Use and/or any rules and/or regulations which shall be later published by Portal Namu Cursos, the Portal shall freely cancel his/her registration, and it shall be certain however that in this case all the information, opinions, comments and/or contents posted by the User may be filed and be available to Portal Namu Cursos, which under no circumstances shall be obliged to withdraw from the air or to return to the User such materials. Should the User not agree with any changes to the Terms of Use, he/she should cancel his/her registration, the reason why he/she shall lose the access to Courses, including those already paid, without any compensation. Should Portal Namu Cursos be required by Brazilian law or other applicable in this case, to remove from the air any content, Portal Namu Cursos is safeguarded by the right to keep backup copy of such contents and any evidence and/or data related to these that shall be (i) legally required, or (ii) that Portal Namu Cursos deems necessary for attestation of authorship, materiality and/or provenance material, content and/or information.

III.7. The User declares himself/herself aware that Portal Namu Cursos shall use his/her data and/or personal information provided to the Website, for product advertising, services or information and forward them to any third party databases, and Portal Namu Cursos use limits of such data are specified in the Website Privacy Policy.

III.8. The Portal will have integration with Facebook and Google social networks, at which any User account that contains these sites and social networks shall subscribe to the Portal using data from both platforms login access. The User declares himself/herself aware that Portal Namu Cursos shall not forward his/her data and/or personal information provided to the Website, to third party databases and Portal Namu Cursos use limits of such data are specified in the Website Privacy Policy.

III.8.1. The User declares himself/herself aware that if he/she opts to accomplish his/her registration with Portal Namu Cursos through other social networks login or applications associated with Portal Namu Cursos, he/she automatically authorizes the Portal to use and/or have access to all and any existing data in the corresponding User profile pages that have been captured at registration time.

STATEMENT OF COURSE COMPLETION

IV.1. For some Courses, at the sole discretion of Portal Namu Cursos, depending on each User performance and as assessed by the Directors and mandatory requirements, purposes, skills and knowledge for each specific Course, it shall be attributed to the User a statement that he/she completed all the stages of the Course (“Statement of Course Completion” or “Certificate”). This Statement of Course Completion, if effectively delivered to the User, will be necessarily provided by Portal Namu Cursos, and/or by their Directors. The Statement of Course Completion attests that the User has completed the Course in accordance with the Course required attendance and in accordance with the skills, specific knowledge levels and stages of each Course, which will be properly described on each Course page on the Website.

IV.2. The User declares and guarantees that the Statement of Course Completion, if and when provided, it will not be affiliated with any College or University, that is to say, it will not have official and formal educational certification character, therefore, it will have neither academic nature, nor will it confer any credit and/or titles for academic purposes. Portal Namu Cursos, as well as any of their administrators and teachers do not have the obligation to make any of their courses as recognized or accredited by any Government agency, in any of their spheres, or any educational institution recognized or accredited to do so, unless previously and expressly declared by Portal Namu Cursos. The Statement of Course Completion format will be arbitrated by Portal Namu Cursos and/or their Directors and shall be subject to variations by class and/or course regarding formatting, that is to say, it shall detail or not the score or class performance notes, or any other at Portal Namu Cursos sole discretion.

IV.3. The Statement of Course Completion is individual and nontransferable. The User shall not take any Course offered by Portal Namu Cursos or use any Statement of Course Completion eventually provided by Portal Namu Cursos as being of any other institution, University, College or a curriculum program of school, university or academic institution without a prior Portal Namu Cursos express written consent. In case of not allowed use in this sense, the User will violate these Terms of Use as well as commit the crime of fraud and/or falsification of documents, and should undergo all the legal and judicial measures.

IV.4. Portal Namu Cursos shall conduct educational partnerships with other institutions (“Partner Institutions”). The Partner Institutions shall install the NAMU platform software version on their server and website and shall use this installed platform within the prescribed limits of each Partnership agreement specific use by providing the reference credit to NAMU and shall not in any way, use the NAMU brand or Portal Namu Cursos for commercial purposes out of the purposes set forth at each Partnership specific agreements. The rules of these Terms of Use only apply to the published Content and Courses provided in this specific website and at Portal Namu Cursos – www.namucursos.com.br and/or all the websites eventually related to the same, to the exclusion of any other.

THE WEBSITE USE AND WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

V.1. Users duly registered in the Course, shall interact with Directors or any authorized person by Portal Namu Cursos through the specific FAQ of each Course or by Portal Namu Cursos FAQ and shall send questions and receive answers from teachers, specialists, among others, as well as to receive educational materials and participate in online chats, enabling information exchange among other third party registered in the Course(s) and also from the Administrator, before, during or after classes, among others, in specifically areas determined by Portal Namu Cursos (“Interactions”). The User shall not directly interact with teachers, experts and/or any third party, but only through tools available at the PORTAL, as there will not be deadline for Portal Namu Cursos to forward the answers; however, the Website authorized third party shall perform these interactions with the User, on behalf of the expert or teacher.

V.2. For interaction purposes, the User shall respect the rules and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use and in each Course and the corresponding Specific Rules, taking into account that any teaching material, content element in full and/or in part, shall not be shared, reproduced, copied, commercially exploited, sold, commercialized, among others, who must strictly observe the rules regarding the licensing of intellectual property rights provided in section VII below.

V.3. Users shall use the services offered by the Website, and it is certain, however, that the submission, integration and availability of any comments, messages, photos, videos, testimonials, texts, essays and/or content with educational opinionative nature or not, in the Website, the Courses, classes, forums, spaces and any chat rooms and/or “questions and answers” in its various forms and formats, such as, but not limited to videos, video lessons, photos, texts, academic nature works, monographies, among others, (the “Content“), will be allowed only to the registered User in Portal Namu Cursos.

V.4. The User assigns, at once to Portal Namu Cursos free of charge, universally and irrevocably, all rights to their image, voice, name, copyright and/or related from any and all Interaction and/or Content provided by him/her in the Website, who states and thus recognizes that from the acceptance date of these Terms of Use, Portal Namu Cursos shall freely use such Interactions and/or Contents and/or any materials and/or parts and/or related to the Contents without any limitation of time, territory, media and/or number of exhibitions, reproductions and/or transmissions, such as, but not limited to open and/or closed Television, movie commercial channels, pay per view, VOD (Video on demand), print and/or digital of any kind, to fix them on DVD, Home Video, Blue Ray and any other suitable support to reproduce audiovisual works in general, without any amount being due to the User as a result of such use, distribution and/or dissemination, whatever the time and/or capacity whatsoever.

V.5. For applications, contents and/or tools containing the reproduction of any audio files, audiovisual and/or photo, Portal Namu Courses will be held responsible the User for any use, replication and/or unauthorized distribution of these through Portal Namu Cursos, since these are published in Portal Namu Cursos in strict accordance with the license terms and assignment issued by the holders of such content in favor of Portal Namu Cursos and shall not be copied, transferred, used and/or excluded from Portal Namu Cursos by the User.

V.6. Despite free access to any individuals, registered or not in the Website, the posted Content, opinions, statements and/or interactions of any kind will only be allowed to Users who proceed to prior registration (whose data and content will be inserted in the Website under only the exclusive User responsibility).

V.7. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and correctness of the information provided by him/her and/or inserted in the Website during the registration and use of any services of Portal Namu Cursos tools, as well as the observance and respect of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use.

V.8. The Website shall temporary use files (“cookies”) to identify the User, which shall be Portal Namu Cursos User or third party files, fitting the visitor to configure his/her Internet browser if he/she wants to block them. In this case, certain features of the Website shall be limited. Portal Namu Cursos shall provide third party applications, tools and contents produced under their responsibility, as well as third party information and/or statements as specialty of professionals responsible for their respective creations and areas such as, but not limited to recipes, guides services and products, lectures and interviews, classes and Courses, testimonials, tips and/or medical field information, for which the Portal Namu Cursos shall not be responsible for under any event, damages and/or material, moral and/or health losses that the User shall have due to the use of such applications, tools, content, information and/or third party statements.

V.9. The Website services use is under the User sole responsibility. The services depend on the functionality of various factors such as the interaction of servers and third party telecommunications services, the User and third party equipment adequacy, among others. Considering this, Portal Namu Cursos will endeavor their best efforts to ensure that the services work properly without interference. However, in view of the nature of the services and the current state of related technical, data communications, electronic transmissions, and computer equipment operation, Portal Namu Cursos does not guarantee the Website privacy, security, functionality, accuracy and efficiency. Portal Namu Cursos does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or free form of any errors or failures and so little ensures the impossibility of his/her system and servers shall be attacked, hacked, modified or damaged in any way by third party.

V.10. Portal Namu Cursos make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Website, whether expressed or implied. Portal Namu Cursos will not be responsible for any comments, opinions, information, testimonials, messages, videos, text, images, audios or any other kind of content that are posted, published and made available through Portal Namu Cursos (on their web pages and/or blogs), by experts, teachers and/or Users, leaving any civil and criminal responsibility attributed only and exclusively to the professional himself/herself, author of any articles, comments, reviews, information, or messages. All content posted, informed and/or provided by teachers, experts and/or Users are solely the responsibility of the same and having completely independent character, and any kind of opinion, ideal and/or expressed position will not necessarily reflect Portal Namu Cursos view and position. These contents will not be necessarily conferred, revised, or in any way endorsed by Portal Namu Cursos. Portal Namu Cursos reserves the right to store the authors and/or information Users in order to facilitate their identification.

V.11. All data and information collected from Users and/or Visitors will be incorporated into the NAMU Portal database, under the responsibility of AULIS EDITORAÇÃO, COMUNICAÇÃO E PRODUÇÃO AUDIOVISUAL (“PORTAL NAMU”), legal entity of private law with headquarters at Rua Fradique Coutinho, 1395, Casa 2, Bairro Pinheiros, CEP: 05416-011, in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, enrolled with the CNPJ under No. 15822242/0001-38.

3.2. The collected data and information will be stored in a safe environment, observing the state of the available technology, and shall only be accessed by Portal NAMU qualified and authorized persons.

3.3. Whereas no security system is absolutely safe, Portal NAMU disclaims any responsibility for any damages and/or losses resulting from failures, viruses or intrusions at the PORTAL database, except in cases of Portal NAMU fraud or exclusive fault proven.

3.4 USERS FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL. The inapplicability of any of these provisions other than the Brazilian legislation shall authorize, Portal NAMU shall apply the applicable local legislation that is more favorable to the case, at their sole discretion.

8 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1. This Privacy policy is governed solely by the Federative Republic of Brazil laws and any litigation that shall arise based on its interpretation or application should be judged by the Brazilian courts. The User is aware that in case his/her local access and/or nationality does not correspond to the Federative Republic of Brazil, it shall be additionally subject to the provisions of his/her national law, state, local or the international laws and treaties, without prejudice to Brazilian law, which governs this Privacy Policy. The inapplicability of any of these provisions other than the Brazilian legislation shall authorize, Portal NAMU shall apply the applicable local legislation that is more favorable to the case, at their sole discretion.

8.2. It becomes elected the district of São Paulo forum, State of São Paulo, as the sole jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, regardless of any other as privileged as it should or shall be.
