This recipe is based on biomass, excellent against bad cholesterol. It has vitamins such as A, B1, B2, and essential minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.
- Biomass from 2 green bananas
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 5 drops of vegan vanilla essence
The recipe is easy and do not need to go to the fire. Blend all ingredients and then mold the brigadeiro . Finally, pass them over in any of these options: pistachios, almonds, ground nuts, cocoa nibs (granulated cocoa).
Milk and eggs free carrot cake
The carrot is a food rich in beta-carotene, very important for vision, mucous membranes and skin. It has Vitamins A, C, B2 and B3, in addition to minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium and sodium.
- 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of soymilk
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 dessertspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of corn oil or canola
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of soymilk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (or any other vegetable oil)
How to make the batter
Blend the carrot, corn oil and soymilk, then add the remaining ingredients and mix them well. Put the mixture into a margarine greased and flour sprinkled pan. Bake it for about 40 minutes.
How to prepare the topping
Mix all ingredients and cook to heat. Pour over then cake while still warm.
Blender vegan pie
The recipe has a wide variety of vegetables, which are excellent for our health. Include the ones you like and make it even better!
- 3 cups of water
- 4 cups of white flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- Homemade vegetables broth
- 1/2 cup of oil
- Salt, oregano and pepper to taste
- 1 can of peas
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 1 minced large tomato
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli
- Chopped olives to taste
- Vegetable sausage or diced glutadela
- Oregano, salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Olive oil and soy sauce
How to make the batter
Blend all ingredients and set it aside.
How to prepare the filling
Stew the chopped onion and add the vegetable sausage. Soon after, add the remaining ingredients, leaving them to stew for a few minutes. Turn off the fire and let the filling cool well.
How to assemble
Grease a pan with oil and flour and pour half of the batter. Spread the filling over it and drizzle with olive oil. Then cover with the remaining batter. Brush olive oil and soy sauce. Take it for baking.
The tofu or soy cheese is very rich in protein, essential for anyone who feeds on vegan food.
- 3 teacups of tofu into large cubes
- 1/2 grated onion
- 4 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper sauce
- 1/3 teacup of soy sauce
Stew onion in a nonstick frying pan and add the tofu, leaving it golden brown. Then add the soy and pepper sauces and cook for a few minutes. Finally, sprinkle the chives and serve it hot.
